  1. Upon completion of artwork vector, print and web files will be submitted for client usage at which point client assumes all legal rights and responsibility for the designs.
  2. Client agrees to pay 100% of project total prior to project start.
  3. Justin Willet Creative, LLC reserves the right to use artwork created in his portfolio (web and print) and for the purpose of advertising.
